Reisekosten

Record trips, receipts and mileage, and Reisekosten works out per-diem allowances, meal deductions and overnight rates by German tax law, with all 214 foreign rates for 2026. Reports go out as PDF, CSV or a DATEV booking batch.

What it does

2026 allowances built in
€14 and €28 per day in Germany, €20 overnight, and all 214 foreign rates from the finance ministry letter of 5 Dec 2025. Tables are kept per year and editable.

Meals and the midnight rule
A provided breakfast cuts the 24-hour allowance by 20%, lunch or dinner by 40%. Absence time is worked out from the trip and can be overridden.

Receipts it can read
Drop in a photo or a PDF and text recognition picks out amount, date, merchant and VAT. Foreign currency converts at the ECB rate of that day.

Logbook and mileage
Vehicles, a logbook with odometer readings, route templates and distances from Apple Maps. Import drives from CSV and build a trip from them.

Ready for the bookkeeper
SKR 03 and SKR 04 accounts, input tax at 19% and 7%, the 70/30 entertainment split, and a DATEV EXTF 700 batch.

Your data, backed up daily
Everything saves as you type, a daily backup keeps the last 30, and a ZIP export carries all attachments.

What it doesn't do

It is not tax advice. Check the allowances and account mapping before you submit a report.
Only German rules. Other countries' per-diem systems are not covered.
