Mailwright

What it does

• Six inbox sections plus your own

  Important, VIP, Calendar, News, Notifications and Other sort new mail. Add sections from a search query, and unsubscribe from a list in one click.

• A key for every action

  Cmd-K opens the command palette and Cmd-/ lists every shortcut. Actions apply locally at once and reach the server a few seconds later, so undo is instant.

• Send later, snooze, follow up

  Schedule a message for later, or take it back within 5 to 30 seconds of sending. Snooze takes times in plain language, and Mailwright reminds you when nobody replies.

• Claude summarizes and drafts

  Claude writes summaries, key points and action items for each thread, three short replies and full drafts. It rewrites text shorter, friendlier, more formal or in another language, in your own voice.

• An assistant that leaves sending to you

  The assistant searches and reads your mail, checks your calendar, finds free time and opens drafts. It never sends anything on its own.

• Trackers blocked by default

  Remote images and tracking pixels stay blocked and JavaScript is off in mail. Passwords and the API key sit in the Keychain, and full-text search runs on a local cache.
