Installing

Mac apps

1. 1Download the demo from the product page.
2. 2Open the download and move the app into your Applications folder.
3. 3Open the app. macOS asks once whether you want to open an app downloaded from the internet. Click Open.

Our Mac apps are signed with our Apple Developer ID and notarized by Apple, so macOS knows who made them and has checked them for malware.

Plug-ins

macOS keeps Audio Units in the Components folder and VST3 plug-ins in the VST3 folder, both under Library/Audio/Plug-Ins. After installing, let your music software rescan its plug-ins. Logic Pro checks new Audio Units the next time it starts. A plug-in that also ships as a standalone app installs that app into Applications.

What the demo can do

The demo is the full product with one limit, and it has no end date.

Plug-ins

The sound drops out for about a second, once a minute. Presets, parameters and formats all work as in the licensed version.

Apps

Every feature works, but you can't save or export. Try it on your own files before you buy.

Activating on two computers

1. 1Open the product's licence dialog: Licence… in the app menu, or the About or Options panel in a plug-in.
2. 2Paste your key (PSW-XXXXX-…) and click Activate. The product needs an internet connection for this one step.
3. 3Do the same on your second computer. Each licence covers two at a time.

To move a licence to a new computer, release the old one in the product's licence dialog or on the licence page, then activate on the new one.

Licensed products check the licence about once a month when they are online. Without a connection they keep working.

Activating offline

1. 1In the product's licence dialog, choose Activate offline and copy the request code.
2. 2On any device that's online, open the licence page, paste the code and download the licence file.
3. 3Bring the file to the offline computer and import it in the same dialog.

Refunds and withdrawal

Please try the demo before you buy: it is the full product. Licence keys are delivered immediately, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers ends once delivery starts, if you agreed to that at checkout. The withdrawal policy has the details. If something went wrong with an order, write to us and we'll sort it out.
