Withdraw from contract
Withdraw from a purchase online. The confirmation of receipt, with the date and time, arrives by email straight away.
The right of withdrawal is for consumers. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal.
If you asked in the cart, before paying, that we deliver the licence keys right away, your right of withdrawal ended when we delivered them (section 356(5) of the German Civil Code). You can still send the declaration. We check every withdrawal and reply.
